If you are experiencing problems with you gas meter please follow the advice below.
Lost PAYG Meter Cards:
If you have lost your card you can purchase a replacement from your local Paypoint Outlet. If you have a 'Quantum System (blue) Gascard' these can only be purchased from your gas supplier or, in an emergency, from our main office at Airport Road West, Belfast. Please note this facility is only available between 0900 hrs and 1900 hrs Monday - Sunday.
PAYG Meter Error:
If you are experiencing difficulties with your PAYG meter and have run out of gas, please click on the link below.
If having tried this you are still without gas you can call 03454 55 55 55 for assistance.
Check Its Not A Boiler Fault:
Quite often it is your boiler that is at fault and not your meter. Always check your meter display screen to ensure your meter is on and in credit and then check your boiler for any error codes.
